(More customer reviews)I have been using this wireless 10-key numberpad/calculator for about 2 months and would have say it's pretty nice.

The pro's are that you can use it as a separate calculator and then just hit the send button to input your answer into a cell in microsoft excel. Another big pro for myself is the location of the backspace key (and the fact that it has one). Note that it is directly diagonal to the number 9 key and not one space higher like one of the other wireless 10-keys.

I use a numberpad a lot and do a lot of traveling so it works great. Although there is one con about this item; If you don't use it for a certain amount of time (not sure the exact amount, maybe 10 minutes) it will shut off. You may forget that it shut off when you go to use it again and then soon after realize that you have to turn it back on and possibly have to hit the "NUM LOCK" key each time to make sure that you can enter your digits. Another con would be the bulkiness of the usb wireless piece that plugs into your computer. You will most likely have to remove it each time you pack up to travel (unlike my wireless mouse, see below)

Also it comes with a small travel size mouse. I have not even attempted to use it though because I use the Logitech Nano wireless mouse, which I highly recommend.

All in all it sure beats having the mess of a numberpad with a cord and having a separate calculator. Definately worth the buy.

(More customer reviews)I bought this calculator primarily because I was looking for a good general use calculator.

Pros:
- 12-digit display.I hate those 8 digit calculators that can't handle large numbers. I was only looking for a 10-digit display, so having 2 extra digits pretty much ensures I'll never overload it with too large of a calculation.
- Doubles as usb number pad.Some other users have complained that it doesn't work with a Mac.Well that may be, but with PC it works great.I have an XP workstation.All I had to do was plug it in (it comes with a USB cable) and it was recognized without having to download any extra drivers.
- It has a tax button.You can program your tax rate into it, then when you need to calculate tax on something, just punch in the price and hit the button.Much simpler than having to multiply by your tax rate all the time.
- Good size buttons and display.It's not super-huge, but the buttons are big enough that I don't find myself accidentally pushing two buttons at once and I can easily read the display.
- Inexpensive.When I got it, it was only $13.As of this review Amazon bumped the price back up to around $20.If you can find it for $15 or less I think it's a good value.

Cons:
- a little bit bulky.It was designed so the USB cable stores in a partially exposed opening on the bottom of the calculator.Because of this, the calculator is a little bit thicker than it needs to be.Also because the opening is only partially covered, your fingers will feel the unevenness of the bottom if you hold the calculator in your hand like I sometimes do.I prefer to have a smooth even surface, but the opening makes the bottom uneven and a little more uncomfortable to hold.
- mine is slightly uneven.When I place it on a flat surface like a desk, all four corners don't touch so there is a slight wobble.You can fix it by slipping an envelope or something similar in thickness underneath one side to eliminate the wobble.

Overall it works well as a general-use calculator.It doesn't have any of the complicated functions that programmable calculators have.But if you just need to do basic math functions most of the time then this is a solid choice.

(More customer reviews)There's really not much you can say about a calculator. Either it has buttons and a display that you like, along with functions you need, or it doesn't.

This one's claim to fame is the fact that it's made from recycled Canon products, which is frankly irrelevant to me.It's relevant to my daughter though, so she's very happy.As for usage, it's actually really great.I love the tax calculation functions and we use it to do off the cuff totals at our store without having to deal with our point-of-sale software.Buttons are big and have good action, display is large and easy to read.

I wouldn't pay more for it because of the recycled aspect, but it's actually a great product and I'm very happy with it.
