(More customer reviews)During the many years going to college (I majored in Finance), working as a Banker, and now as a Realtor/Loan Officer, I have used many different financial calculators made by Sharp, HP, and Texas Instruments, etc. Each of the calculators I've tried has some good points and some bad ones. However, if you work in real estate, this calculator is made for you. It is loaded with excellent features specifically designed for this industry. I paid over $80 for my calculator when it first came out, and I felt I got every penny's worth. At the current price of less than forty bucks, it's absolutely a bargain!
Another reviewer on this page complains about the responsiveness of the keys. I simply don't have any problem like that at all. He or she must have had a defective one. I always tap the keys very fast, and the numbers come out all right.
In short, if you're heavily involved with real estate and mortgages, I highly recommend you to give this calculator a try!

(More customer reviews)The (Calculated Industries 3430 Qualifier Plus IIIFX Real Estate Finance Calculator) is just what I needed.It is intuitive to use and easily does all major real estate calculations for real estate investment decisions.Only reason I gave it a 4 star is some settings reset after every use which can become tedious to set each time I use it.

Still a great calculator and I would recommend it over the HP every day of the week.

(More customer reviews)There's not too much to say about this calulator - it does the job well.However, There's really only 4 buttons you use consistantly - Loan Amt/Pmt/Term/Interest.And they do make a calculator that just has those four buttons (plus calculator keys).
I don't know what I would do without mine.If you're a L/O, you need a mortgage calculator.

(More customer reviews)At the suggestion of an experienced Agent, I ordered this calculator and am very happy I did.It performs all the basic functions I need to quickly figure out down payments, monthly payments (including taxes & insurance if I want), different interest rates, etc.The key pads are large enough that I don't accidently hit the wrong keys - which I really like.My previous calculator was credit card size & too small for my fingers. I still keep the "cheat sheet" it comes with in my portfolio, just in case... but this has been a quick learning curve & would be a valuable tool for anyone in the Real Estate, or the mortgage/lending business.As usual, Amazon's price was quite a bit less than the local stores - an added bonus!
